IT personnel at universities will want to install and test the MyJMP authorization process for Student Edition. IT personnel are not classified as academic users, but they serve academic users at their institutions. These personnel can be sent a verification code and email to bypass the Proxi SSO authentication step in section 2 of the JMP® Student Edition Download and Installation Guide.
To obtain a "bypass" code:
From the Technical Support case, send an email to Pany Allen (pany.allen@jmp.com) with the requester's name, email, and university. Pany will respond, providing the requester with a bypass verification code and email. Confirm the requester's issue has been resolved. Mark the product JMP Student, the topic Authorization, and the subtopic Bypass.
To obtain the JMP Student installation files:
Contact Dahlia Watkins, Kai Janson, or Christine Kjellberg (via Teams, email, or @mention). Include the requester's email address with your request. We will send you a OneDrive link to get the installers.
