Salesforce email templates:
- Store - how to obtain banking information for bank transfer
External Bank Transfer information
How to verify banking details:
- Each store account has it's own unique banking information
- Never share JMP's Bank of America banking information or account holder confirmation with a store customer, as this info is only for CPQ accounts.
- Direct software admin to obtain their bank account information via the Salesforce template Store - how to obtain banking information for bank transfer
- This is the same information that was provided to them during checkout and in their email confirmation
- The order/contract will not be visible in Salesforce until payment is received
- Account has 30 days to transfer funds
- If funds have not been received within 30 days, the order is automatically canceled
- Store order will display as "On Hold"
Access to JMP
- Once the bank transfer is complete, user will have JMP
- Subscription period begins at the time of payment, not when the order is placed
Account wants to change payment method while order is On Hold
- Customer decides they want to change from bank transfer to credit card payment
- The order that is on hold will need to be canceled by the Store Admin team
- Create a case and assign to the JET queue to coordinate communication between teams & account
Account paid using incorrect banking information
- Store customers pay Reach, and not JMP
- If payment is received to JMP's Bank of America account, order will need to be refunded
- Contact Accounts Receivable to initiate refund.

Special Considerations:
If the JMP-Store customer insists on speaking to a live person to verify these details, then let them know that "somebody who is authorized to provide that information will call you back to verify the details." Route the call-back request to a JET representative (using an at mention in Salesforce or similar). The phone number for verification that we provide should be our JET/TS support line: 1-877-594-6567. If they push back, clarify that we do not have a process in place that would allow us to provide the name and contact info for a specific individual in our finance department. For the remittance email, we can provide them with the JMP finance general email: accountsreceivable@jmp.com.
