Subscriptions have a 14-day grace period

Renewal information

If a customer renews their subscription past the renewal date (after JMP has expired) the new expiration date is based on the new date.
For example,
- Original renewal date: Mar 15, 2025
  - Manual, late renewal order on: Apr 28, 2025
The prior calculation would be:
- Next renewal on Mar 15, 2026
The new calculation will be :
- Next Renewal on Apr 28, 2026

Renewal timing

Occasionally a customer will want to know the exact timing of a renewal (for example, is it a midnight or at the time the original order was placed)
- In these cases, it's best to ask the Store Admin team to check as timing will depend on if the subscription was placed when we were using Stripe or Magento
