Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) is levied at a rate of 10% on the sale of goods and services in Japan, including cross-border digital services.
Reach operates as the reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR) for JMP's subscription orders. As the seller of record on the retail transaction, Reach is responsible for collecting and remitting JCT at checkout — not JMP.
Reach is registered for JCT in Japan under the following details:

JMP's invoices to customers should reference Reach as the reseller/MoR and include Reach's JCT registration details above.
