Issue:
An academic customer states they purchased a license/renewal/extension from On The Hub. The invoice from OTH states this is an "Access Guarantee Retrieval." According to the FAQs from OTH, it clearly states that the Access Guarantee does not extend the duration of the license. However, when a student has contacted us, we typically send the below email (see Resolution) and update the date/license information.

Resolution:
The Access Guarantee Retrieval from On The Hub is not for a ##-day JMP product license unfortunately. However, due to the circumstances, we will extend your access for the next ##-days. Your new expiration date is <date> We apologize for any confusion.
If you need access to JMP after <date>, please visit On The Hub and purchase the 12-month license.
