a customer asked me if the choice design is d-optimal by default. As there is no black on white statement in the documentation or Website (e.g. blog post) I looked at so far, I thought to ask you.
I know the Plattform will create an optimal design like the custom designer but with adjustments necessary for choice designs (as mentioned in John's blog post Choice Experimental Designs Are Different - JMP Blog . So it's close to say yes, they are d-optimal by Default, at the same time huh, not sure if those constraints effect d-optimality in the sense of classical doe.
