Jordan_Hiller

Hi all,

How many times can a user install a single copy of shrinkwrap JMP? Is it 3?

If they downloaded the original installation (aka demo download) they can install it as many times as they want as far as I know. The code should be the same for the same version.

Jeff_Perkinson

Indeed, install it as many times but there is a limit to the number of times it can be activated with the same serial number.

Three is a good number to tell customers, but it may actually be more than that. I’ll have to check to be sure.

What brings the question up?

Thanks Jeff. Customer is asking if he can install Shrinkwrap on desktop and laptop. I want to make sure he understands implications for future installation.
