It is obligatory to implement stress checks at workplaces with more than 50 employees since December, 2013. It is an obligation to conduct stress checks at small workplaces of less than 50 people and collective analysis at each workplace .It is recommended to utilize an occupational stress simple survey form developed by the research group of the country for stress checks to be carried out by the workplace and after conducting this survey we will use free analysis tools to analyze the stress situation of individual workers Evaluation and assessment of the stress situation of the group such as the whole workplace, department, division, work group etc. However, it is difficult to clarify the points for organizational improvement only by utilizing free tools.
In this presentation, we reported a case of stress check group analysis conducted at a small-scale business site using the new Occupational Stress Simplified Survey Form (80 items), which was newly developed by adding 23 items to the Occupational Stress Simplified Survey Sheet .In order to reduce time and cost, we created an online stress check response form independently and used JMP for analyzing answer data of 35 employees who collected.By using JMP, it became possible to derive new findings exploratory and visually, and the points of workplace improvement measures at the surveyed workplace were clarified.
