自訂圖表建構器：圓圈與座標不對齊

各位，

我嘗試透過自訂圖形在圖形生成器中繪製一個圓，

可以看到，圓圈與數據點並不對齊。

如何做得更好，使圓圈在畫布上的位置與數據點的位置完全一致？

為什麼對y似乎可以，對x卻不行？有其他方法可以實現嗎？
