Regarding the electrical characteristics of the crystal oscillator, since the characteristic fluctuation rate due to process variation and temperature change was large, it was impossible to commercialize a product satisfying the market demand.Therefore, the design parameters were optimized using the HOPE method, and the level value that minimizes the characteristic variation rate due to machining and temperature change was obtained.The characteristic value of the product made with this level value improved by 50% more than the conventional one.Furthermore, it was confirmed that the obtained characteristic value falls within the 95% prediction interval, and it was found that there is no problem regarding reproducibility.
