************JMP HR is thrilled to launch the JMP Mentorship Program, a new initiative designed to support your career growth, build skills, and connect talent across our organization. Whether you want to share institutional knowledge as a mentor or develop new capabilities as a mentee, this program creates structured pathways for mutual success.
How to get started
Taking the first step in your mentorship journey is simple. Follow these three quick steps to get onboarded and matched with a colleague:
- Review the program PowerPoint and FAQs on the HR Confluence page, then complete the short training on Saba.
- Fill out our quick JMP Mentor/Mentee survey to outline your expertise, goals, and interest areas by Friday, Sept. 11.
- You'll be matched! Program staff will pair participants based on aligned goals and expertise.
Next steps after matching
- Look for an email setup from program staff to confirm your partnership
- Schedule regular catch-ups via Outlook that fit both of your schedules.
- Document goals, meeting notes, and wins using OneNote or Confluence.
Participation is completely voluntary, and you can adjust or end partnerships as needs change. Take charge of your professional journey and sign up today!
