In nonclinical trials of drug development, the need for exploratory analysis is increasing, so JMP 's needs are rising. However, not all of the statistical methods that are indispensable for nonclinical studies are installed in JMP.Therefore, as a solution to utilize the analysis method not yet installed, there are the following methods: (1) use of the JMP script language (2) execution of code of another language such as R from JMP.In this presentation, by utilizing the above two points, we can use "multi-variable blocking assignment" and "nonparametric Dunnett type multiple comparison (joint ranking method)" which are not installed in JMP, by mouse operation similar to the existing method Here are examples of implementing available add-ins."Multivariate block allocation allocation" was created with JSL only. For "nonparametric Dunnett type multiple comparison (joint ranking method)", a function to return p value and quantile of Dunnett's multiple comparison test exists in JSL, but it was only two-tailed test. Therefore, JSL function was used for two-sided test and an add-in was created with one-sided test created with R.
