What inspired this Wish List Request?
Customer question from Macom (strategic account) around creating a parallel plot of categorical values (see saved script in anonymized data set, attached) with count labels for the groups. I can't see a way to do that easily in the current iteration of GB
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.
For categorical values in parallel plots, they want to have the option to turn on counts for each group. i.e., what is currently reflected graphically by the height of the band should also be able to be presented as a number with the label.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?
It's currently difficult to get this information directly from the graph and seems like ti should be something that would be included.

Yes, one of our champion's at Macom requested this capability.
Is there a competitive software package that has this feature or solution that we should be aware of?
Most the software packages that do Sankey / Parallel plots can do this, we're a bit of the odd-man-out on this one.
Will this impact a renewal, expansion, or adoption at a customer, and does this put an account at risk if we do not address this?
It's a missing capability that is required for Sankey/parallel plots.
