In the latest Quick Take, Manager of Decision Support and Data Analytics Andy Zhou (@andyzhou) and Data Visualization Analyst Elise Batchev (@ebatchev1) share what's driving JMP’s 2026 data-driven decision initiatives.
The team recently automated store territory assignments and simplified multi-currency pricing to save staff time. They also worked with Finance to build an adaptive forecasting model that hit 98.9% revenue accuracy in Q2, while integrating e-commerce orders into renewal tracking and identifying 175,000 active Student Edition users as a key commercial growth pipeline.
Additionally, jmplivesales reporting now tracks marketing impact, sales meetings, and student demo performance, with plans to migrate the Data Depot from OneDrive to AWS-hosted jmplivesales by 2027 to unify reporting.
