What prompted this wishlist request?
Recently, I have encountered cases where users misinterpreted the Response Code displayed during the manual authorization process as an error message.
Please describe any new features, improvements, or solutions you would like to see.
Users currently see a Response Code during the manual authorization process, and several users have mistaken it for an error message. To reduce confusion, I suggest either removing the Response Code from the default view or improving its presentation by providing a sample format and a brief explanation that clearly indicates it is not an error.
An alternative approach would be to make the Response Code available only through a download option. However, this is not recommended because some users are unable to download files due to security restrictions, which would leave them without a practical way to access the code when needed.
What value would this new feature bring to you and other users?
This enhancement would reduce user confusion during the manual authorization process by making it clearer that the Response Code is not an error message. As a result, users would be able to complete authorizations more confidently and efficiently, with less need to contact support or spend time troubleshooting non-existent issues.
