Lors du lancement du JMP Speaker Bureau , notre objectif n'était pas seulement de donner plus de visibilité à nos collaborateurs, mais aussi d'investir directement dans leur développement en tant qu'ambassadeurs de la marque. Récemment, Krystal Barnes ( @krystalbarnes2 ), responsable des ventes internes senior, a concrétisé cette mission en représentant JMP lors d'un événement destiné aux jeunes professionnels de la vente et aux personnes en reconversion professionnelle.
En partageant ses réflexions sur le développement professionnel, le mentorat et la formation continue, Barnes a permis à JMP de s'imposer comme un acteur incontournable. Mais comme tout orateur chevronné le sait, la magie d'une intervention réussie opère bien avant de prendre la parole.
Génie en coulisses
Pour se préparer à la table ronde, Barnes a travaillé en étroite collaboration avec l'ambassadrice des statistiques Anne Milley, en utilisant précisément le type de coaching personnalisé que le Speaker Bureau était censé fournir.
« Anne a pris le temps de m'aider à peaufiner mon message, à anticiper les questions potentielles des intervenants et à renforcer ma confiance avant la discussion », a confié Barnes. « Elle m'a également encouragée à m'appuyer sur mes expériences et points de vue authentiques, ce qui m'a permis d'interagir plus naturellement avec le public. »
