As part of our ongoing research and prioritization work, we’re kicking off the 2026 JMP Data Connectors Survey.
This survey is a key input into how we evaluate and prioritize data connector investments. It helps us understand which data sources will have the greatest impact for JMP users across industries and ensures we’re aligning our work with real customer needs. We’ve been running this survey annually since the release of JMP 17, and it continues to be an important signal for product direction.
We need Sales help
We manage all survey participants through a central campaign, but each year we rely on Sales to help ensure we’re reaching the right set of contacts.
Our current sample size is relatively small and can be biased, so expanding and refining this list is critical. In particular, we want to hear from contacts who are closest to data decisions, such as IT professionals, data managers, and data engineering leads.
What to do
Please take a few minutes to review and update the campaign:
- Review the survey (optional): If you’d like to see what we’re asking, you can review the 2026 survey. (For review only—please don’t submit responses.)
- Add contacts: Include customers who are well-positioned to provide meaningful input, especially those involved in data infrastructure or system decisions.
- Remove contacts: If there are customers you no longer want included, please remove them from the campaign.
- Access the campaign: You can manage contacts directly here.
Timeline
The deadline to update contacts is Friday, July 3. The survey will launch shortly after the deadline, so please make any updates before then. Once launched, the survey will be open through the remainder of the year, including at events.
Please forward this list to any team members who need to review it. If you have feedback on how we can improve this process, please contact Sarah Sylvestre (@Sarah-Sylvestre).
Thanks so much for your help!
