We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Resource Hub, now live in Confluence. This centralized resource is designed to make it easier for everyone across the business to navigate procurement, invoicing, and payment processes with clarity and confidence.
Why we created this hub
As JMP continues to grow, so does the volume and complexity of Procure-to-Pay activities. We heard consistent feedback that information was sometimes difficult to find, processes could feel unclear, and teams often relied on back-and-forth emails for answers.
The P2P Resource Hub was built to solve these challenges by providing a single source of truth for all things P2P.
What you’ll find in the hub

The P2P Resource Hub is designed to be practical, intuitive, and actionable. Key features include:
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): Our FAQ section is a true “gold mine” of information. It covers the most common scenarios and questions we see across teams, providing quick answers without waiting for support.
- Clear points of contact: Not sure who to reach out to? The hub outlines ownership by process, ensuring you know exactly where to go for help, whether it’s procurement support, invoice questions, or payment status.
-
Step-by-step guidance: Most of the status updates you need can be found in Zip. Screenshots are currently available on the Procurement and Accounts Payable pages. Detailed steps and training for submitting requests will be added soon!
- Tools and additional resources: The hub also includes links to relevant systems, templates, and supporting materials to help you move through the P2P lifecycle efficiently.
What this means for you
The goal of this hub is to make your interaction with P2P easier and more efficient. With this resource in place, you can expect:
- Faster answers to common questions
- Reduced back-and-forth communication
- Clear ownership and accountability
- More consistent processes across teams
Ultimately, this helps all of us spend less time searching for information and more time focusing on high-value work.
How to get started
Access the P2P Resource Hub and bookmark the page as your first stop for any P2P-related questions or requests.
Continuous improvement
This hub is not static; it will continue to evolve based on your needs. We welcome your feedback on:
- Missing content
- Areas that could be clearer
- Additional FAQs or process guides
Your input will help us ensure this remains a valuable and relevant tool for everyone.
BIG thank you to everyone who helped to put this together. Much appreciated!
This is very helpful resources for us. Big thank you all!
But I think that contracts and payments for external speakers at JMP seminars and other events are still handled through SAS.
Could you please add a note about this in the FAQ as well?
