Parameter design add-in

I previously used the add-ins HOPE and SRPD, which allow for parameter design using the Taguchi method. However, the add-ins I received previously don't seem to be compatible with the current version 19, so I couldn't install them. Is the latest version no longer being developed? Or is it possible to do this using another add-in or a standard JMP function? I would appreciate it if anyone with information could let me know. Thank you.
