Forcing a table variable or other message into every new data table

I have a customer that wants to add a message to every JMP data table, report, export, etc. about export compliance. They are able to do this with MS Office documents currently, and have been tasked with asking this of all their software providers. This is specifically related to 15 CFR 730-774/ITAR compliance. I know that a company's IT can create a custom JMP installer/deployment, but I don't know if there's any way to force something like a table variable into every new data table.

Does anyone have any ideas and/or experience with this?

Thinking out loud here: Have you tried using the Window Handler functions? They're a little obscure, but might be able to support what you're trying in some form or another. Your customer might be able to use that in conjunction with a modification to the start up script (by an add-in for instance) to get a fair bit towards what they're after.

//global window handler runs the function each time a new JMP window is created. Example below appends a simple text message to each window. If desired, the handler could determine which type of window, then customize the message location or type based on the window type. This could be put into an add-in that runs each time JMP opens, so the behavior could be made automatic.

@Jed_Campbell, this is a nice script - I'm wondering if we can find somewhere public facing to have this to share when asked? I know a few groups who would want something similar (or even something like company name and logo) where this would help.
