Reflecting on the celebration, Sall emphasized that our true competitive advantage lies in our unparalleled talent retention and deep institutional knowledge, which, he says, is a stark contrast to the high-turnover culture of Silicon Valley.
To highlight enduring dedication, Sall honored three exceptional employees reaching massive milestones: Advanced Analytics R&D Director Chris Gotwalt (@chris_gotwalt1)(25 years), whose statistical innovations underpin JMP Pro 19; Principal Systems Developer John Schroedl (@jschroedl) (35 years), our elite lead Windows host developer; and Principal Test Engineer Mandy Chambers (@Mandy_Chambers) (40 years), a testing champion and founding member of the Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN).

Valente outlines how JMP is intentionally integrating large language models (LLMs) to amplify, not replace, the scientist's workflow, specifically targeting complex, rare problems where traditional AI training data falls short. Learn more in the Best Practices for Positioning JMP in an AI-focused World Sales Sheet.
Wrapping up the update, Allen shares an exciting live demo of some of the innovative extensions available in the JMP Marketplace, proving how JMP remains uniquely equipped to solve the high-value, novel challenges our customers face every day.
From celebrating decades of incredible employee milestones to unveiling our deliberate, high-value product strategy for AI, catch all the highlights and a live tech demo in this month’s Quick Take video.
Company UpdateFeature StoryJMP NewsRe: Company Quick Take #3: Innovating with purposeThank you for the excellent description (by Dan) of JMP's value versus LLMs in the video at around 8mins. That's such a great perspective and a helpful visual example.
Re: Company Quick Take #3: Innovating with purposeA huge shout-out to @Jeff Hudgins, @Robin Betters, and the team for listening to my feedback and adding closed captions to the video! As a non-native English speaker, this makes the content so much more accessible and valuable—I can catch every single word now!
This reminds me why I love JMP; JMP truly listen to their users. It takes me back to when the team implemented the Excel data import feature I’d requested many years ago. I’m sure I wasn't the only one asking, but it’s great to feel heard!
I Love JMP :sparkling_heart:
