Astrid is a Ph.D.-trained mathematician and senior statistics leader with more than 20 years at Autoliv, the global leader in automotive safety systems. She’s widely recognized for her expertise in Design for Six Sigma, advanced DOE, reliability, MSA, and multivariate analytics, and for developing global statistical standards used across product development and quality organizations. She also led an Industry 4.0 data automation initiative and was instrumental in establishing JMP as an enterprise-wide analytics platform. Along the way, Astrid has built a reputation as a Master Black Belt, DfSS curriculum architect, and trusted advisor to global teams.
In her new role, Astrid works within Global Technical Enablement to support JMP sales and help organizations drive efficiency, enable data-driven innovation, and solve complex technical challenges.
Outside of work, Astrid values balance and curiosity. She’s currently learning to do handstands (a great way to completely reset the mind!) and loves spending time in nature, hiking, biking, and exploring new places and cultures throughout Europe and beyond.
