Taylor Petty joins JMP as a Research Statistician Developer

Please help us welcome Taylor Petty to JMP!
Before joining JMP, Taylor worked as a consultant in computational statistics, with applications in genetics, toxicology, cheminformatics, and bioinformatics. During his PhD at UNC Chapel Hill, he focused on Bayesian models in forensic genetics. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mathematics from Brigham Young University and has taught mathematics at Shaw University.
A Chapel Hill native, Taylor now lives there with his wife and enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog and volunteering for environmental causes.
He joins JMP as a Research Statistician Developer
