Why does the JMP Pro mixed model unstructured covariance model for repeated measures regression crash with datasets that are handled by PROC MIXED?

The unstructured model appears to be very sensitive to dataset size and balance.  Can anyone advise whether and how I can make adjustments to the platform to avoid application crashes?  I've tried several different datasets — some large and some small — that have worked with PROC MIXED of SAS, version 9.3.

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced some problems here.

I think that Tech Support is best positioned to help figure out what's going wrong and suggest possible alternatives.

When you contact them it will be helpful to provide as much detail as possible, including any data that you can share that reproduces the problems you've seen.
