I’m pleased to share this month’s User Enablement updates and provide a bit of visibility into work that helps people get value from JMP more quickly, use it more effectively, and stay engaged over time. Much of this happens behind the scenes, but it plays an important role in supporting customer success, strengthening relationships, and reinforcing how analytics shows up in real work every day. I appreciate the collaboration and shared momentum across the organization, and I hope these highlights are useful context for what’s underway.
I also want to acknowledge the success of Discovery Summit Europe in Sorrento. As usual, it was gratifying to see enthusiastic JMP users sharing best practices and techniques with one another—an energizing reminder of the power of user‑to‑user learning and the strength of the JMP community.
That same spirit is showing up internally with the launch of the JMP Employees JMP Users Group (JEJUG). External JMP user groups have long been a proven way to spread best practices and build a strong culture of analytics, and it’s been great to see that model taking hold inside JMP as well. The momentum around JEJUG nicely complements the many external user group meetings happening throughout the rest of the year. Special thanks to Jamie Young (@JamieYoung) and the rest of the team helping to steer the group—their leadership is setting a strong foundation.
Technical Support
At the end of March, we said “farewell” to Arn Cota as he retired from SAS/JMP after nearly 30 years. We will miss him and especially his laugh!
Case of the Month: A customer who was attempting to order from the JMP Store emailed the Engagement team, asking, “Do you possibly have a credit card I can leverage to complete the purchase?” …um, no.

Customer Engagement
On April 1, we mark the one-year anniversary of Sage Piao (@SagePiao) joining JMP and the JMP Engagement Team. Congratulations to Sage on this milestone, and thank you for all your contributions over the past year.
JET will participate in monthly Inside Sales team meetings for both the US and EMEA. This regular engagement will encourage greater collaboration and help us stay informed about their latest priorities. In addition, JET will share any updates that may be useful for these teams.
Academic
The Academic team is in full engagement mode as this is prime time for both onboarding new users and decision-making for the fall term. Recent sessions include UT Knoxville RPI, Oregon, Oregon State, VIT, and UC Berkeley. DSE was a great opportunity to network and promote academic-industry collaboration, with concrete discussions involving Lundbeck and U Copenhagen, and Sandoz and U Ljubljana. JMP day at VIT-Andhra Pradesh campus:

- The academic webinar series just completed a two-session Teaching Regression and ANOVA track and will offer a two-session Teaching DOE sequence in the coming weeks. Student Edition registrations are YTD 31% ahead of last year.
- Upcoming events include sessions and exhibits at:
- INFORMS Analytics in National Harbor, MD, April 12-14, with sessions on Bayes Opt and Predictive Modeling with JMP Student Edition.
- Green Chemistry in Surat, India, April 16-18, with a pre-conference workshop on DOE with JMP
- ASA’s DataFest at the University of Florida (April 10-12) and Cal Poly SLO (April 17-19)

JEJUG: JMP Employees JMP Users Group
We are pleased to announce an update to the JEJUG meeting format. Moving forward, sessions will be held on a rotating schedule between the Americas and EMEA regions. This approach is intended to better support regional engagement while maintaining our connection to the global community.
As we transition to this new format, please note that the next meetings are expected to take place in April for the Americas and May for the EMEA region.
The full annual schedule and additional details will be communicated in the coming weeks.
We also invite those interested in getting involved to volunteer, with a particular need for speakers within the EMEA region. If you would like to contribute or share your expertise, please complete the form below.

“Do you possibly have a credit card I can leverage to complete the purchase?” …I keep getting told no too??;):> Thanks for sharing that gem!
Great content. Could you add the Finland User Group on 23 September , please:)
@Jeff_Perkinson could AP sessions/segment be included in the future? I believe I saw some enablement activities (ie workshops, user groups, etc.). I like this monthly review and use it as a "what's coming" for my team so having all in one place would be great (even if events may be in conjunction w/Mktg)
