We’re excited to announce the newest addition to Salesforce case management: JMP Business Operations (BizOps).
Director of JMP Operations Carol Gretz (@CJG) challenged her team to find new ways to work smarter in 2026, and this was one of the first items on the to-do list. At first, Gretz was hesitant to jump into case management. “I wasn’t sure at first,” she said, “but once I saw how customizable the application is, I saw some potential.” Her team is now actively testing the system and seeing its potential firsthand.
Here’s how you can ask BizOps Help for an opportunity: just select a topic from the dropdown, and then add a comment to wrap things up!

With help from Cloud Giants and JMP’s very own giant, Principal Systems Engineer Stan Koprowski (@stan_koprowski), BizOps built a solution designed to streamline requests for everyone. “We call it the Bat Phone,” Principal Business Operations Specialist Kate Fitzgerald (@kbfitz) said. “Any time a sales rep needs help on a quote, they just hit the button, and that’s it. BizOps takes it from there.”
The BizOps Bat Phone is available across Salesforce: Account, Opportunity, Quote, Sales Order, or Contract. No more emails. No more guesswork. Just faster, smoother support for everyone.
If something lands in the wrong place? No problem. Teams can simply press the (unofficially named) “Not My Job” button – technically known as “Transfer/Related Case” – to send it where it belongs.
To make things fun, BizOps even created some unconventional email reminders. You can try your hand at matching each message to its image below.
Overall, everyone in BizOps is excited to see how case management improves the way they work and how quickly they can respond when the Bat Phone rings. Even Gretz is coming around to the idea of leaving email behind. “I’ll take anything over email,” she said during testing.
Case Management marks a big step forward for Business Operations, supporting two of JMP’s 2026 initiatives and helping everything run just a little faster.
