We are excited to share several key enhancements to the JMP Store designed to streamline the purchasing experience, improve data integrity, and expand our reach within the LATAM region. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to making the JMP Store a more efficient, self-service tool for both our customers and our internal teams.
A full list of all countries available via the JMP Store, including supported payment methods and applicable taxation details, is available in the country coverage overview.
Enhancing data integrity with the Company Pick List
To improve data quality and enable more accurate order routing, we have introduced a Company Pick List in the shipping address section of the JMP Store. By guiding users to select their organization from a list rather of choices based on their initial input into the company field, we ensure that:
- Orders are accurately linked to the correct account in Salesforce from the moment of purchase.
- Reduced manual intervention is required to route orders to the appropriate regional teams.
- Minimized duplicates and naming variations within our systems.
Review the full technical details and implementation notes on the Company Pick List Confluence page.
Empowerment via Self-Serve Renewal Quotes
In our effort to reduce friction during the renewal cycle, customers now can download renewal quotes directly from the store.
This self-serve functionality eliminates the need for customers to contact support for routine quote requests, allowing them to move through their internal procurement processes faster. This not only improves customer experience but also frees up our support teams to focus on more complex inquiries.
Sales teams can share this guidance link with customers to show them how to access their quotes.
Check out the user flow and FAQ on the Self-Serve Renewal Quote Confluence page.
LATAM sales policy offers expanded coverage and flexibility
We have implemented significant updates to align the JMP Store with the new LATAM sales policy. These changes focus on regional consistency and payment accessibility.
Full regional coverage in the USD Store
Honduras and Paraguay have been added to the USD Store. With these additions, the USD Store now mirrors all countries within the LATAM region, providing a standardized purchasing experience for all regional customers.
Bank transfers enabled across LATAM
To support local purchasing preferences, Bank Transfer is now an enabled payment method for all LATAM countries. This provides necessary flexibility for organizations that cannot utilize credit card payments for software licensing.
In development: Third-party payer support
We recognize the need for customers in LATAM (and globally) to utilize third-party payers. Development has begun on a feature that will allow for a different billing company name and address specifically for bank transfer orders.
We will provide a formal update as soon as this feature moves to production.
Thank you @Falco for your continued support!
