The nomination survey stays open year-round, but the window for the 2027-2029 term is now officially open. Submit your nominations by Monday, April 27, 2026, to guarantee your candidates are considered for this cycle.

The Steering Committee (SC) plays a pivotal role in defining the direction, content, and culture of Discovery Summit. By nominating early, you help us:
- Build a diverse pipeline: Early nominations let us vet a broad, highly qualified pool of candidates across industries and levels of expertise.
- Respect the commitment: Serving on the SC is a significant role. Submitting early gives potential nominees the time they need to consider the commitment and allows the committee to properly evaluate each candidate.
- Secure the next generation of leaders: The SC's insights and leadership ensure that Discovery Summit remains the premier event for the JMP community.
Note: Individuals who are nominated and accepted for the 2027-2029 term will be invited to attend Discovery Summit 2026 as part of their onboarding and orientation.
