It has been one year since the launch of the new jmp.com, a milestone that marked a massive shift in our digital strategy. What began as a strategic overhaul to create a modern, user-centric experience has matured into a powerful, ongoing collaboration with our partners at Arbory Digital.
As we look back on the past twelve months, it’s clear that this wasn’t just a website launch; it was the beginning of a new era for JMP’s digital operations.
From vision to reality
By partnering with Arbory Digital, JMP didn't just get a new look; we gained a scalable foundation. "A year ago, our main goal was to simply move JMP.com away from SAS resources," Digital Design Senior Manager Aaron Kennedy (@Aaron_Kennedy) said. "However, with Arbory Digital's help, we achieved much more. We now use new, innovative Adobe tools that significantly improve page load speeds for site visitors, operate JMP.com with less downtime than with our previous solution, and provide a better user experience for our content authors.
Throughout the year, this collaboration has allowed JMP Marketing and the Digital Design team to move faster and think bigger.

To mark this one-year milestone, the JMP Digital Operations team recently hosted an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) user group at SAS world headquarters. The event served as both a retrospective of our progress and a showcase of the cutting-edge work currently being produced.
A highlight of the event was a presentation by Senior AEM Developer Laurel Timko (@CanonicalShark), who shared details about the Advanced Search & Replace tool, a custom solution built to streamline content management.
“Building our Advanced Search & Replace tool solved a real need for us,” Timko said. “But presenting it was especially meaningful because it gave us the chance to share what we’ve learned and hopefully make things easier for other Adobe customers, too.”

As we enter year two, the focus remains on enhancing customer engagement and supporting JMP’s continued growth through technical excellence. This website revamp was only the starting line. The ongoing collaboration ensures that our digital footprint stays as sophisticated as the software we create.
