If you create a local transform column in a Platform dialog (via right-click), then put that column into the analysis, then delete the transform from the column list, JMP may crash when you try to remove the column from the analysis or when you try to run the analysis.
** In JMP 12.x, you can still crash Fit Model this way. Open Big Class, Fit Model, right-click weight > Transform > Square Root, list Square Root[weight] as an effect, put height in for Y, right click from Square Root[weight] from Select Columns > Remove Transform Column, then try to Run the model… However, in JMP 12.x it seems that you can NOT crash Distribution this way… So this bug seems to be platform-dependent. **
