From Jan. 20–23, the Americas Sales team gathered for an intensive, high-energy Sales Kick-off (SKO) designed to set the stage for a landmark year. Following a period of strategic modernization, the event served as a vital touchpoint for alignment, professional development, and strengthening the human connections that fuel our success.
Strategy in motion

- Intelligent planning: Using precise preparation to enable high-performance action.
- Insightful engagement: Leading with ideas that spark curiosity and help customers see new possibilities they may not yet recognize.
- Systematic execution: The intersection of discipline and opportunity through consistency and professionalism.
"This Sales Kick-off was a critical moment for our Americas team," Moll shared. "After months of modernizing how we’re designed to deliver our shared revenue mission, bringing everyone together allowed us to align and strengthen the relationships that make the work real."
The science of human connection
A major highlight of the week was guest keynote speaker David Priemer, Founder and Chief Sales Scientist at Cerebral Selling. Priemer challenged the room to rethink the traditional sales pitch, focusing instead on engaging prospects in a more meaningful, human way.
His session reinforced a core theme of the week: great selling is about "guiding customers toward new perspectives through thoughtful, human engagement." For those who missed the live session or want to revisit the insights, the recording is available internally (David’s talk begins at 00:16:00).

Thursday shifted the focus toward enablement and activation. Through specialized breakout sessions and individual team meetings, attendees translated high-level strategy into actionable tactics tailored to their specific territories.
Beyond the sessions, the evenings were dedicated to winding down and networking. Whether over dinner or during team activities, these informal moments were where the "new" Americas Sales team truly began to gel.
Senior Sales Manager Ashley Prince (@ashley_prince) noted that this face-to-face time was the "secret sauce" of the week’s success. “The energy at SKO was fantastic. After modernizing our structure, it was incredibly valuable to bring everyone together to align and reconnect in person. Every strong sales organization is constantly asking how it can raise the bar, and I believe we clearly raised the bar heading into 2026.”
Looking ahead
As teams head back to their respective regions, the message is clear: the foundation is laid, the structure is modernized, and the team is aligned.
"The clarity and confidence across the team were outstanding," Moll concluded. "We’re not just ready for 2026, we’re built for it."
