As 2025 draws to a close, the spirit of community and gratitude shines brightly at JMP. This special time is not just about reflecting on the accomplishments we've achieved together but also about extending our collective generosity to those around us. Our holiday season is characterized by meaningful connections, starting with impactful volunteer opportunities around Giving Tuesday and culminating in our beloved annual Winter Thanks celebration.
This year, we invite you to join us in embracing the festive spirit—whether it's by lending a helping hand in our charitable initiatives or gathering with colleagues to share food and thanks.
Please share your holiday team outings in the comments below!
JMP gives back
This year marked the 4th annual outing with the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank for JMP staff in California. Volunteers (L to R) Curt Hinrichs (@curt_hinrichs), Josie Bender (@josiebender), Jeff Upton (@Jeff_Upton), and Nick Vacca (@nvacca) assisted in preparing dry goods for distribution to seniors, the unhoused, and others in need.
JMP Staff in Germany took part in an initiative to clean up green areas around Heidelberg. Volunteers included Nina Chan (@nina_chan), Jessica Horsch (@JessicaHorsch), and Falco Kronmüller (@Falco).
Katie Stone (@katie_stone) coordinated a food donation in Building A at SAS world headquarters, encouraging fellow JMPers and SAS employees to donate food or funds to the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. The initiative collected roughly 1,094 pounds of food and $1,570 in monetary funds for the organization.
Winter Thanks
