Sample size needed for yield estimation?

Hi

I would like to know if I want to have my product yield to be less than 5 fails out of 15 Meg samples.  How many samples size I need to test in order to have confidence (e.g. 95%, 99%) on the result?  How to do the calculation from JMP?
