Following this discussion topic in the Community, I've added a working example of a virtual join with a data refresh in JMP Live:

Virtual joins work in JMP Live. However, if data is refreshed via a script, the column properties must be reset in the script.
Please let me know if your customers have any other special cases that would be useful to add as working example internally.
