Being helpful is fundamental to JMP’s mission. It means removing obstacles for our customers, providing accessible resources, and actively engaging in our communities. This year, we prioritized scaling our support globally, while ensuring our resources are localized and impactful, demonstrating a companywide commitment to helpfulness.
Here is how we expanded our reach and refined support channels in 2025.
Global reach, simplified solutions
The JMP Store expansion
Our helpful strategy is exemplified by the remarkable expansion of the JMP Store this year. Starting as a U.S.-only service in 2024, the JMP Store now services 82 countries, with the strategic addition of China (which accepts payment in Chinese yen) before the end of the year. This global rollout removes significant purchasing barriers for our international users.
A major highlight was the introduction of the bank transfer payment option in euros, British pounds, Japanese yen, Korean won, and U.S. dollars. In fact, more than 50% of euro transactions are now executed with the new payment option.
By the end of the year, the JMP Store will no longer accept Indian rupee or Malaysian ringgit, so those customers will be migrated to the USD JMP Store. With this consolidation, combined with the addition of the Chinese yen, JMP has strategically chosen 12 currencies worldwide.
Our helpfulness translated directly into commercial success: we surpassed our $20 million sales target for the JMP Store for 2025, reaching $20,032,786. We are on track to exceed $21 million in total e-commerce order volume, representing more than 40% growth compared to 2024.
New JMP Partners program streamlines support
JMP understands the crucial role our partners play in providing vital training and services to our mutual customers. To ensure the support our partners deliver is as excellent and reliable as our software, we undertook a helpful restructuring of the JMP Partners program. The goal was to make oversight clearer, more efficient, and more effective for everyone involved, ultimately leading to higher quality external support for our customers.
The streamlined program now consists of three distinct categories, ensuring focused expertise and management:
- Training and consulting partners: Managed by JMP Education, this focused approach ensures that partners deliver instruction consistently meet JMP’s high standards for statistical education.
- Development partners: Managed by JMP Product Management, this ensures technical alignment and compatibility, helping partners integrate seamlessly with our software.
- Friends of JMP (FOJ): Processed on a case-by-case basis by Jason Romanos, this program helps advocates and enthusiasts by offering free software for personal use, empowering them to continue promoting and exploring JMP.
These new, clarified guidelines are designed to strengthen our relationships with every partner, ensuring they receive the support they need to be successful – and that our customers always benefit from best-in-class external services.
Quick answers and digital resources
Statistics Knowledge Portal (SKP)

Being helpful at JMP also means being a reliable resource for anyone who has questions about statistical terms and concepts. JMP meets this need by working hard to update and expand the Statistics Knowledge Portal (SKP).
SKP covers a wide variety of statistical concepts with clear explanations, illustrative examples, and engaging graphics. It’s perfect for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in statistics – and a great way for prospects to discover the value of JMP.
Since Jan. 1, 2025, SKP pages have been visited approximately 2 million times. That’s an average of 6,000 learners every single day, exploring statistical concepts and strengthening their knowledge.
This year, we’ve significantly expanded the SKP library, adding 52 new pages since June. These new pages cover popular topics such as design of experiments, quality and reliability methods, predictive modeling, and inferential statistics. To reach learners around the world, we’ve also translated many lessons into JMP’s eight non-English languages.
SKP expansion will continue in 2026. The SKP production team – led by JMP Education and JMP Marketing – plans to continue adding key content on many statistical topics in the coming year, further expanding the reach and impact of this helpful resource.
YouTube How-To videos

As part of our Helpful strategy, we prioritized increasing the number and quality of videos on YouTube, knowing users rely on the platform for daily problem-solving. This commitment resulted in 35 (and counting) new How-To videos since August. These concise, visual guides quickly demonstrate JMP's power, firmly establishing us as an accessible and resource-rich partner for analysts worldwide.
Social responsibility and education
Being helpful extends beyond our software and sales efforts; it’s about giving back to the community and fostering the next generation of data scientists.

Volunteerism and support: Our staff demonstrated their commitment to social responsibility through volunteerism, including planting and cultivating at Burkett Farms in Cary in April and participating in a clean-up day at the SAS Heidelberg office as part of Giving Tuesday.

Commitment to education: JMP remains free for academic use. The JMP Student Edition has been instrumental in offering a timely and attractive alternative for colleges facing budget constraints, providing access to our powerful tools where site licenses may be a challenge. The JMP Student Edition was promoted front and center at the JMP booth at Joint Statistical Meetings this year.
JMP by the numbers: Growth and impact

A ‘word’ from leadership
During the April Reunion, JMP leadership defined their teams' yearly priorities using a single, impactful word. Throughout this series, we provide a progress report on these departmental goals:

JMP User Enablement Director Jeff Perkinson (@Jeff_Perkinson) (Frameworking): "2025 was the year of frameworking: we tightened My JMP to focus support where it matters, advanced SKP’s next wave with SEM, DOE, and quality and reliability frameworks in place, and kept STIPS as a foundation for JMP users and companies to onboard and train. The framework we’ve built gives us the structure to keep building so that everything is scalable, connected, and ready for what’s next."

Finance Senior Director Jason Romanos (@jasonnzl) (Process): "The back office teams have made a lot of progress this year in establishing processes that take advantage of the systems we invested in. However, there is still much more that can be done, and I'm interested in how AI will help us deliver a more robust, faster, and protected JMP in the future."

JMP Digital Operations Director John Jones (@JonesieAtJMP) (Optimize): "While process optimization is continuous, we've made significant progress across all systems in 2025. This includes: launching bank transfers in the JMP Store (reducing back-end work and easing the customer purchase process), developing advanced search/replace in DA (the Adobe tool used for jmp.com), improving Salesforce data quality and user accessibility, and optimizing NetSuite for increased finance automation."
