The success of a company is often measured by the strength of its community. For JMP, 2025 was a year defined by its interactive spirit, demonstrating the immense value of connecting our global family – employees, customers, prospects, and partners – both in person and digitally.
JMP is committed to being an interactive company, creating environments where people can share, learn, and collaborate. This spirit is reflected in our staff, who consistently display interactive qualities that drive engagement and build stronger relationships.
Here are the key initiatives that brought the JMP community together this year.
Reconnecting and collaborating at JMP Reunion
The highlight of our internal calendar was the JMP Reunion in April, where 400 JMP employees gathered. The week served as a fantastic opportunity for our staff to fully embrace the Interactive brand pillar.
It was a valuable time to catch up with colleagues, share personal stories and experiences, and hear the latest company updates. Events like Reunion strengthen our global identity, ensuring every individual feels connected to the JMP mission and vision. If you need a reminder of the fun that was had, read these:

Connecting globally: Discovery Summits and Discovery Seminars
Our commitment to building a global, interactive customer and prospect community reached new heights this year.
Discovery Summits: Four global events
Our Global Events team successfully hosted four major in-person Discovery Summit conferences across the world in 2025, providing invaluable platforms for hands-on learning and networking:
Discovery Seminar series: Focused interaction
Recognizing that creating deeper relationships is best achieved through direct, face-to-face connections, we were excited to launch the Discovery Seminar series.
In many ways, these in-person events are mini Discovery Summits, bringing the power of JMP directly to prospects and growing accounts. They are designed to offer a unique blend of practical application, expert tips, and invaluable networking.
"I’m so impressed with our technical staff," said Anne Milley. "They asked for practice sessions together so the event would be cohesive and to get feedback on their presentations. They are amazing; seeing them in action is part of the magic of our brand.”

Sales meetings
Focused, interactive sales meetings were held across our global regions, including mid-year meetings in EMEA, Americas, and APxJ, fostering cohesion and alignment within our customer-facing teams.
Fostering future talent: Intern series and JMP Academy

Interaction is also key to integrating new talent. This summer, we welcomed 15 interns and provided them with memorable, engaging experiences:
The JMP Academy is designed to connect new hires with colleagues across departments, helping them gain hands-on experience and explore the company's vision. This year, we hosted JMP Academy during JMP Reunion and also specifically for our interns, ensuring strong interactive onboarding experiences.

Daily interaction on InsideJMP
We strive to keep the JMP community connected and informed on a day-to-day basis on InsideJMP. 2025 marked five years of InsideJMP, which launched in 2020. The redesigned site, updated in 2024, continues to bring the JMP community together every day with the news to know.
This year, we also launched The Takeaway newsletter, delivered right to your inbox, bringing you quick bites of essential news from InsideJMP.

A ‘word’ from leadership
During the April Reunion, JMP leadership defined their teams' yearly priorities using a single, impactful word. Throughout this series, we provide a progress report on these departmental goals:

Product Management Director Dan Valente (@Daniel_Valente)(Coordinated): We successfully executed three excellent product launches – including JMP 19 (along with JMP Pro, JMP Clinical, and JMP Live), the expanded JMP Marketplace (featuring key third-party connectors like Waters and Albert invent), and the new JMP Assistant's natural language interface. The Product Management team coordinated robust customer engagements and roadmap sessions globally, helping guide projects for JMP 20 and beyond. Our Product Marketing team ensured sales readiness via enablement training and an updated JMP 19 toolkit. We continue to add high-value, broad-impact capabilities guided by the voice of the customer, focusing on how our solutions drive organization-wide innovation and business value. Here’s to an amazing 2025 and an even more productive 2026.

Senior Marketing Director Diana Levey (@Diana_Levey)(Engage): Marketing's word for the year was engage, prioritizing connection – remotely and in-person – to strengthen our collective spirit. Despite growth challenges, the team's "How can I help?" spirit led to a year of increased alignment and impact. We achieved global program consistency, running the same Discovery Summits, Discovery Seminars, and webcasts across all major markets. Our new website showcases the JMP brand, reinforcing our statistical expertise and status as a great workplace.
