Text Import in JMP 19 is ignoring the preference settings

We found the column header format for one of our data sources causes trouble when trying to open a CSV in JMP. In JMP 18 we got around this by deselecting the "CSV standard" setting in the Text Data File preferences. Regardless of the setting in JMP 19 it causes the program to freeze when opening a csv of this particular data using File->Open . Using a JSL to open the same file works. The issue is inconsistent across users.
