Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.

Addition of the LaPlace test to evaluate and/or determine if there is a trend in the rate of occurrence of events across time. The LaPlace Test appears to be a common tool in the Reliability Growth literature, but is not yet within JMP.
