This productive and inspiring event reinforced our regional strategy, celebrated our growth, and fostered stronger connections across the entire JMP community.
We were honored to welcome key leaders, Senior VP of Sales Michael Scruggs and Acting Regional Sales Leader ChulHee Min, who shared their invaluable vision and priorities for the region. Michael provided a global perspective, underlining the critical role the Asia Pacific market plays in JMP’s overall success.
ChulHee, in his newly appointed role, took this opportunity to deepen his understanding of the teams, business, and customers in order to better support strategic decision-making for next year.
The core agenda was packed with strategic discussions aimed at optimizing our performance, and included comprehensive marketing updates, discussions on QBR performance, and strategies to close the gap on this year’s sales targets.
A highlight of the meeting was celebrating the significant growth of our Southeast Asia team. We proudly welcomed several new colleagues, reflecting JMP's commitment to expanding our footprint and supporting customers in this dynamic market.
The meeting heavily emphasized collaboration and knowledge exchange. These dynamic sessions allowed seasoned and new colleagues alike to share proven techniques, successful case studies, and innovative approaches to client engagement and problem-solving, reinforcing our strong culture of learning and teamwork.
The meeting concluded on a high note with memorable team-building activities, providing everyone a chance to connect on a personal level. Colleagues enjoyed a scenic cruise along the historic Singapore River, offering a stunning view of the city’s skyline. This casual dinner provided the perfect setting to relax, celebrate our shared progress, and strengthen the bonds that make our team a truly cohesive unit.
