The nomination period runs from Nov. 6 to Dec. 5, 2025.
Nominations should be made using the 2025 JMP Excellence Award form.
Criteria and eligibility
Nominees should be employees who have had a significant impact on attaining the JMP Company Goals for 2025 through:
- Exceptional performance
- Excellent service
- Outstanding innovation
- Daily embodiment of our Company Core Values
Any non-Sales employee on the JMP Performance Bonus Plan, excluding directors and above, is eligible for nomination. Nominees must have at least one year of service at the time of nomination.
Note: Any JMP employee can submit a nomination.
Prizes and recognition
Up to five winners will be selected this year. Each winner will receive a JMP Elite Program Award trip with a guest. The winners will be announced in Q1 2026.
