Journal: Add Container

Is there an easy way to add a container to a Journal.
e.g. if there is a H List Box - and I want to add a V list Box inside.

I love the "Add container" in Dashboard Builder - is there a similar function in the Journal editor:

Are you trying to copy paste content to journal or add more content to journal with the tooling journal offers you?

The analogy to

new window("tmp", H list Box (V List box ())))

my workarond: execute the code for the new window, and use CTRL+J to merge it into the Journal.

Can this be done directly from the journal?

Don't the containers / elements Journal offers fill that need as you can drag and drop them?
