With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Hu Pin is currently a Senior Global Technology Enablement Engineer at JMP, based in Singapore, dedicated to driving customer success and technological innovation. She leverages her expertise in JMP technology to help core and strategic clients achieve superior analytics and decision-making performance, ultimately contributing to their business objectives.
Prior to joining JMP, Hu Pin accumulated extensive professional skills at leading global semiconductor companies such as SMIC (Shanghai), GlobalFoundries (Singapore), and Infineon (Singapore), covering multiple stages from IC design and verification to wafer foundry and final testing. He gained profound insights into front-end and back-end process integration, product testing, and yield improvement.
In addition, Hu Pin has 13 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma coach and trainer. He is skilled at guiding clients to apply statistical thinking to solve industrial problems (STIPS), exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical process control (SPC) quality management, design of experiments (DOE), machine learning and predictive modeling, and other methods to help companies drive continuous improvement and innovation with data.
