In the field of precision cutting tool manufacturing, continuously improving product quality and production efficiency is key for companies to maintain competitiveness.
In this presentation, Professor Niu will introduce the application of JMP in various aspects of Lean Six Sigma management in the tooling industry. This includes effectively improving tool life through Design of Experiments (DOE) in improving the appearance of titanium alloy machining; rapidly completing measurement system analysis using JMP visualization tools; and improving cycle time (CT) and reducing testing equipment costs in back-end processes. Looking ahead, Professor Niu also looks forward to further deepening the deployment of JMP in Statistical Process Control (SPC), continuously refining the application of Design of Experiments (DOE), and continuously promoting the deep integration of JMP tools and Six Sigma culture, injecting continuous improvement momentum into the manufacturing system.
