Traditional detergent formulation development has long faced two major challenges: rapidly changing consumer demands and the high cost of traditional methods relying on high-throughput performance testing. This makes the R&D process heavily dependent on expert experience, and formulation design often appears quite mysterious.
In this presentation, Dr. Zhang Liping will explain how to use JMP (Joint Programming Tool) for experimental design to optimize the pigment stability of laundry detergent pods, ultimately achieving a significant reduction in the number of experiments, a shorter development cycle, and cost reduction while increasing efficiency. The shift from debugging single formulas to the systematic development of a series of formulas greatly enhances the flexibility of product planning and R&D efficiency.
