How can I get the Poisson and Binomial Process capability z score from JMP ?

I am looking for the answer to this question. Maybe the answer is very simple and I am not looking in the right place. Does anyone have an answer?

Note that this question is from semiconductor company, for counting defectivity.

In this question "How can I get the Poisson and Binomial Process capability z score from JMP ?" , I have 2 related questions:

How can I get capability zscore inJMP?

Capability z-score seems to be very basic to compute (Cpk*3) but I do not find it in JMP (neither in distribution, capability or process screening platform). Is their a way (or add-in) to have it?

Note that JMP assistant gives some wrong information (in the what to looks in the resut section give reference to Capability treshold but not zscore treshold (Cpk=1.33 -> Zscore=4)

How can I get Poisson & Binomial capability in JMP?

Process screening platform is now gives some alarms & action rates & Ppu for non normal distribution, but only for non negative continuous variables but not in the situation of counting variables. Neither I find capability analysis for poisson & binomial fit in distribution platform and it is not a fitting option option in capability platform.

Note that Minitab seems to support the capability for poisson & binomial distribution:

Z Score:

In the Capability section of the Distribution platform, the middle of the 3 red triangles has 'Within Sigma Z Benchmark' and 'Overall Sigma Z Benchmark'.
