Column formula to get a particular row value

Hi Guys,

I have columns as follows:

Data1 Data1_value Data2 Data2_value
1 0.5 15 25
2 0.4 14 24
3 0.3 13 23
4 0.2 12 22
5 0.1 11 21

Now I want to make a column that will have the 60% of the highest value in all four columns something like this:

Data1 Data1_value Data2 Data2_value
0.6 0.3 9 15

Is there an easy way to do this with a script?
