Here's what's new in JMP Pro 19:
11. Bayesian Optimization (8 minutes 8 seconds)
- Efficient optimization: Create a model based on existing data and determine the next sample point
- A Gaussian process model for each response is fitted, and the optimal conditions are searched for by repeatedly updating the model starting from existing experimental data.
- Adaptive experimental design promises to reduce time and resources
12. Causal Inference (7 minutes 52 seconds)
- Use observed data to estimate latent outcomes and average treatment effects (ATE)
- In Fit Model, select "Causal Treatment Effects" as the method.
- Three estimation methods are provided: IPWR (inverse probability weighting), REGADJ (regression adjustment), and AIPW (doubly robust).
- Visualizations to check assumptions, explanations and interpretations in reports
- Supports propensity score matching method
13. Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMM), Linear Mixed Models (LMM) (3 minutes 34 seconds)
- Ordinal logistic in generalized linear mixed models (GLMM)
- Sandwich Dispersion
14. Function Data Explorer (3 minutes 6 seconds)
- Baseline correction (SNIP method, ARWLS method)
- Parametric peak models (Gaussian and Lorentzian methods)
