Predicting Bio-responses Using Modern Machine Learning Methods
Modern machine learning techniques, including gradient-boosted trees and neural networks, now offer exceptional performance in predicting a wide range of biological responses. This session will present several useful case studies and demonstrate how to achieve state-of-the-art predictive accuracy using the XGBoost and Torch Deep Learning add-ins in JMP Pro. We will also present a number of interpretable statistical metrics, including the Shapley value.
