On the Move
Kudos to people receiving promotions or expanded roles:
Moochie Milks (@Moochie), Business Operations Team Lead
Kudos – Team nominations are welcome!
Each month, we celebrate individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles and make a positive impact. In response to employee requests, you can now nominate teams using our updated form: New! Kudos Nomination Form. Thank you for your continued enthusiasm and active participation in the Kudos Program.
Nick Ruva
Nominated by Melanie Drake
- Nick led the complex, company-wide transition to required Perforce passwords, which involved researching requirements, upgrading the server, managing client updates, and performing a pre-test.
- He ensured a smooth rollout through clear, comprehensive communication with all users, offering guidance and resolving individual issues quickly as they arose.
- Nick demonstrated strong dedication by working late with SAS IT to resolve a lingering network issue affecting LDAP server connectivity, ensuring the security enhancement was successful.
Maria Rodriguez
Nominated by John Jones
- Maria quickly took ownership of a high-priority request from John Sall to provide JMP Pro free of charge to a "Friend of JMP" via the store.
- She demonstrated immediate capability and initiative by handling the urgent and non-standard request successfully despite being new to the team and having her usual resource (Falco) on vacation.
- Maria streamlined the process and saved critical time, allowing the request to be fulfilled in under a day without needing to pull an eCommerce developer away from their tasks or waiting for Falco's return.
