What inspired this Wish List Request?
Tags add a great value, and filtering them in the columns panel is also great. Different than for the red triangle, ALT does not work for the filter selection to select multiple tags in one step.
It might be a missing feature or an inconsistency. However, this would be a great addition as it might easily be that one has really many tags and want to select 2-4 of them, and as only 20 will be shown, moving to advanced for 4 times and even with scrolling it becomes tedious.
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.
Having the option to get a window with all options for the column filtering options to be selected in one go would be great.
To be consistent with the red triangle ALT key on the icon or black arrow should open up a new window with all options in that menu to be selected and applied at the same time.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?
For the additional filter options the value would be big if you have many tags. Especially if you want to select more than 2 tags at once and even more cumbersome if there will be more than 20 tags available due to the limit of 20 been shown (no scrolling). You always would need to go again and again into the menu, click advanced (maybe multiple steps) and select the one single tag.
Having this option will speed up things dramatically and foster a good user experience. And Tags will be used in the future for sure very often.
For the black arrow the value would be small, as for the above options you want just one to be selected, but invert/match whole words/Ignore Case might make sense.
